For me, late night eating is more of an emotional issue. I don't know if that's the case with you or not. I've found that I do better if I eat 6 times a day. I have breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack. Maybe try a high protein snack at night?0

If I eat dinner around 5 or 6 I'm always really hungry by like 9 or 10 because I normally eat every four hours or so. With that in mind I try to make sure I allot 150 calories or so for a little snack. I really like pretzels with a little bit of melted chocolate or peanut butter chips. It's not too bad for you and feels super indulgent. Portion control is the biggest thing at night. Make it something small. Maybe even a little bowl of cereal.0

I have that problem sometimes. Try to eat more fiber in your breakfast and eat a bigger breakfast and lunch. That really helped me.0

We all have our quirks as far as eating habits and trying to eat enough but not too much. I used to have the same problem due to working odd hours (midnight to 8am). I had a friend suggest visalus shakes and they have helped out a lot. I drink two of those a day, one being at 11pm before I go to work and the other being at 11am right after I exercise and before I go to sleep. Eat small healthy snakes in between meals and you will be fine. If you care to see what visalus is about I will include a link. Hopefully the advice on this board helps you out.
