Hey team! I just wanted to start a little challenge this weekend. I challenge you all to do an extra 15 minutes or cardio, 3 (extra) sets of weight lifting, and 25 (extra) sit ups. And consider every workout to be a "LAST CHANCE WORKOUT." I know you can do it!
