I'm now at the point in this process where all I want to do is eat healthy , exercise, and maintain the weight that I'm at. My major problem is that I'm a very picky eater and obtaining my full 2520 calories + exercise cals without completely blowing other food values like sugar and carbs is going to be very difficult ......so now I'm curious for examples of the types of food other people would include in the diet I'm trying to participate in.

Without knowing how many of the various nutrients (carbs, fats, proteins) you're actually wanting, it's a little hard to advise.

If you're looking for calorically dense foods without a ton of carbs, fats. Stick to healthier fats (nuts, avocados, etc). They provide 9 cal/g.

I don't know how much you exercise but eating 3k+ cal a day on a clean diet is not an easy task.
I rely on junk food to hit my 3.5k because I don't have the time to be cooking all those calories and couldn't finish my meals anyway. Maybe you can eat 2.5k of clean food and fill the rest with whatever you like? Or you can try to drink more milk as liquid is less filling than solid foods.

    what MFP recommends:

    Carbs / Day 347 g
    Fat / Day 84 g
    Protein / Day 95 g

I'm exercising around 5 days a week and have found out the same thing that youhave , it takes a lot of time to cook and clean up(time I don't have) if you're trying to eat this much calories.........so calorie dense, high protien foods are probably best

Dried fruit is high in calories, so are nuts. Why not add some of those things to your day?

Edit. Nevermind, I misread your original post.
