Hello MFP! So.. I think i'm starting to run out of HEALTHY ideas as far as meal planning! What do you usually have for breakfast, lunch, or dinner? Any easy, low cal delicious recipes..? Or Snacks? Anything is helpful, I'd love to have new options from all of you! It'd be so helpful. Thanks to anyone who responds!!

Im a noncompliant person when it comes to breakfast.. i dont eat traditional breakfasts to be honest.. .never was a fan of most of the foods to begin with.
BUT, having said that, I do love using Joseph's Oat-Flax lavash bread (*50 calories for half the bread - BIG serving too!), fresh lettuce variety, baby spinach leaves, thinly sliced onion, diced tomato, my homemade pickles (sugar free), little dijon mustard and cook up three egg-whites with one slice of Finlandia light swiss (naturally lactose free) It is a powerpack breakfast but a sandwich at that too!0 -

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the French Vanilla - I add frozen wild berries, a little baby spinach, and use Silk's Light Vanilla Soy milk... some ice, blend it up into a SUPER THICK breakfast smoothie-shake..0
