What to eat at: Eat N Park, T.G.I Fridays, mexican cuisines

So I know they usually have their "smart" menus or whatever for healthy eaters..but alot of times its yucky..so what do you all suggest thats low-cal and good tasting at all of those places?

    Lately, I try to look any restaurant up online before I go to see if they list their nutritional breakdown and choose before I go. I know TGIF has one...

    Yep, most of the chain restaurants have their menus with nutritional info online. It really is a great way to figure out what you're going to order before you get there. Order first so you won't be swayed but what others order! :flowerforyou:

    thats exactly what I do when I go out to eat now.
