leg and arm excersises

How would i enter information on leg and arm excersise? im trying spend at least 3 days a week doing my leg excersises with 2.5 lb weights, which i am supposed to be doing with my bad knees, i than switch off and do my arms with wrist weights, some arm lifts etc. but i am unsure how to enter this info would appreciate some advice on this please and thank you.

    There are probably exercises already on there that you could log as some of your motions might be similar to those for example, shoulder press, bicep curl, etc. If you're not sure if they are similar, there are plenty of websites that break down what each exercise is with a description.

    Another option is to come up with names for what you are doing and just add it to the database so you can go back later, select it, and set up reps and sets and whatever else. I haven't used it yet, but there is an option to set up workouts that you use regularly so it's even easier to log it.
