Ok so today I decided to take my measurements, I don't do it so often, just weight myself once a week and when I did, I was suprised to know I lost 2.5 inches off my waist since the last time I took my measurements, I was like OMG WOW that's pretty awsome so then one of my friends and I were talking about how I could go back into reports and see how many inches i had lost since i started in July and then i was really like OMG WOW 5.5 inches around my waist since I started, all I could do is laugh...i was in shock...I would say that's a decent NSV moment...:happy:
