For 40'ish Ladies Around 300 lbs

Hey girls! Just wondering what most of you do for exercise. I'm walking and trying to incorporate some c25k, but since I'm still in the upper 200's, it's hard. I'm doing some Lesie Sansone dvd's...have tried some pilates and some yoga (some of it ok, some of it "seriously!?!"). Anyway, just trying to get some other ideas.

YOUNGER AND WEIGH LESS BUT STILL NEED TO LOOSE ... I FOUND THE ELLIPTICAL IS HARD AT 1ST BUT ONCE YOU GET THE SWING OF IT YOULL LOVE IT! IT IS EASY ON THE JOINTS AND BURNS TONS OF CALORIES!!!0
