Well...I've been doing MyFitnessPal now for 11 consecutive days. Just the act of recording everything I consume has changed my eating habits. Plus, I've spent between 30min and 1hour exercising every day (usually just walking the dog). I started at 294. I'm at 291 now. So far...so good.
