I have been making my own yogurt recently, but I can't wrap my brain around figuring the nutrtion info.( have just been counting it as Fage greek yogurt. I start with regular skim milk (1/2 gal) and after I make the yogurt I drain off the whey and end up with about a quart of yogurt. Please help. Thanks

My guess is to just enter the milk and cultures into the recipe database and then put the number of servings you get. I kind of doubt you're getting the amount of protein in Greek yogurt from the skim milk though.
Did a quick google search on nutrition of homemade yogurt and came up with this: http://cooking.stackexchange.com/questions/10753/homemade-yogurt-nutrition-info
Seems pretty much the same as I wrote already though.0
