Alright, so I am not afraid of a little rainy weather, but where I live the drivers act like a bit of rain is the end of the world. Usually to get my cardio in I ride my bike, but I am not sure if that is possible today. What do I do for cardio if its raining and the drivers are crazy? bike on another path? not bike at all?

Dance around your house to music. I have done this before and it's actually really fun when you make a fool out of yourself. Just make sure no one is watching!0

It's kinda tacky, but when I'm desperate I go retail walking. You can go 2 mph in most retail stores without security following you. At 3 mph they get twitchy.0

Walk around a mall, have some cardio DVDs on stand-by or suck it up and go out there. 62 F is nice as long as it's not a downpour and you get out of the wet clothes as soon as you get home.0

If you have good, tall ceiling, skipping rope is has been proven to get your heart rate up the highest (thus, burning the most calories).0
