I was 20 days old when it came out but about 7 the first time I watched it. Of course back then kids could go see A Nightmare On Elm Street if they wanted.0 -
I never watched it! Never liked it honestly.0

Saw them all, release week in the theater. I think I was 12 or 13 when the first one came out. My kids all watched it the first time between 5 and 10, something like that.0

Dang, I totally remember watching in the theatre in '77. I was 13 at the time. Back then the theater had 1 or 2 movies showing and you had to wait for each time for it to finish. So lines were really long for it. I remember having to wait 3 hours in line to get my ticket, then another 3 hours in line till the previous showing was done. And I saw it 13 times in '77!!!!!!!
And this was for the first trilogy!!!!!0 -
I started watching them with my dad by Kindergarten or 1st grade I think. Sci-Fi was our bonding time0

It is one of, if not the first movie I remember ever seeing. I bet I was no older than 3 or 4 the first time I saw it.0

God, I'm old. I was 9 months pregnant with my oldest son (who just turned 34), in Minneapolis. I was 26. Not helpful for the reason for your question... :ohwell:0

I had my 6th (I think, maybe 7th) birthday seeing The Empire Strikes Back at the cinema. I have no idea when I first saw A New Hope. I still love them all, and could watch them at anytime.0

I was 10 in '77. I remember riding my bike like 15 miles to see Empire Strikes Back when if first came out. A time when you could ride your bike 15 miles as a teenager and your parents didn't worry about it!!!! (just sayin') Yeah, I'm old, I'll be 44 very, very soon. :-(0

Well the first time I watched one I was in high school & didn't really like it. But now that I've gotten older & watched them from the beginning I really like them. I have 2 daughters- 4 & 6 & they've each watched some of them & liked them..:laugh:0

When they came out. I am old . . .0

My daughter is 10 and she's seen all three of them. (I don't count the prequels)0

I didn't see any of them until last year, when I was 24. When a friend found that out I was doomed. He made me sit down and have a marathon. Though I did end up enjoying it, so I can't complain. lol0

I was five when I saw it in the theater with my older brothers in 1977. I remember walking up the aisle after the movie finished while the credit rolled, my brothers on each side of me, feeling like Princess Leia with Luke & Han.0

I finally watched them straight through and in sequence 7 years ago. I surprisingly enjoyed them.0

Saw the first three when I was about 6 or 7. Then when they rereleased them in the theaters so probably 12? And now I'm currently watching The Clone Wars for the first time as we speak. The Blu-Ray sixology is AWESOME!!!!!!!!0
-
I've never seen 'em.0

I was 5 years old. I saw it in the theater when it first came out with my parents.0

I was either 6 or 7. My brothers went with our cousins to see it, then we came home and played Star Wars in the back yard. LOL I hadn't thought of that in years. :laugh:0

My dad says I went to see ESB with him at the theater, I would have been three and I don't remember. I do remember however seeing RotJ when I was 6 in the theater with my dad and cousin.
We just finished tonight watching A New Hope with our son who is 5 but he had seen all of the movies by the time he was 3. We're also watching the Clone Wars right now too with him.0 -
I was 4 years old and it was re-released in the movie theatres in '81 or '82 I think. I remember it wasn't too long after that I saw Return of the Jedi. Somehow I missed going to see Empire. That's why when Lucas re-released the original triology to the theatres in the mid-90's seeing Empire on the big screen was so awesome for me.0
