You you ever change your goals up?

I was just wondering if you have ever changed your goals up for a week so that you continue to see progress? I have mine set to lose 1 lbs a week but I am thinking next week to change it to half a lbs a week. It ups my calories by 250 a day. Just wondering if anyone else has tried this and does it work to keep your body guessing?

I absolutely have and it did work. I also zig zagged calories for a week and pushed out of a potential plateau. It is key to keep your body guessing as it will eventually get used to your healthy lifestyle.0
