Hello,
I have an interview at a gym next week, for a part-time receptionist position. It is very close to my house and the hours they are looking for work perfectly with my university schedule. It also comes with a free membership (bonus!)
My only issues are....

1) I haven't had an interview in a million years (I've worked for the health region for 5 years), so I'm super rusty
2) I have no idea what to wear....how dressed up should I be?

Thoughts anyone? This would be such a great opportunity to help me fund my schooling and make me go to the gym!! :)
Thanks!

Make sure you go in with confidence.

Be as dressed up as your comfortable being... just bcuz its a gym dnt mean u shouldnt treat it like any other interview.

    U still wanna stand out.

I would wear jeans or khakis and a collared shirt (polo type) Not too dressy, but not too casual either
  • Should I wear a blazer? At my current job (where the part-time hours have just been cut) we are quite dressed up for the day shift but at night we wear sweat pants

I'd probably still wear slacks and a shirt like any other interview because my gyms uniform for reception is slacks and shirt. Maybe go in and suss it out.
