    Omg thats from friends!!! When Christina Applegate guest stars as rachel's sister joey quotes her "A moment in the lips is forever on the hips" haha

    but I think someone has a variation of it on here which is good to see!

    I like it because it reminds me, when I'm overeating, that I'm defeating myself. I love moderation and
    I'm trying to experience it in relation to food.
