Im new to this site. I LOVE this website and its a handy app to have on my iPhone as you can log foods in as you eat. I find it really convenient. My goal is to compete in a bodybuilding competition in April. I have always done things for everyone else and decided Id like to do something for myself for a change. I am a solo mum of my 14 month old son and I am finding this very challenging but exciting. Anyway just thought Id say hi
