Headache!!

I've been walking a lot lately with Leslie Sansone videos... if you are familiar with them, they are a def workout! This morning I decided to do a two mile workout (30 min) before work. I usually do not do this. Afterwards I had my usual breakfast of a piece of toast, PB, and string cheese. At lunch a had two pieces of french toast and I had two snacks. Around 5 I started getting a ridiculous headache that still hasn't gone away!! I thought dinner might help it, but no, still here! Anyone have any ideas on what it could be? I was thinking that maybe since I exercised this morning, it was due to a lack of balance in the calories however now I have ate dinner and I still have it. I would really like to be able to get another 4 mile workout in tonight. Any ideas anyone??

    Sometimes, when I've been really active, I get those migraine things that just sit around for days. I've found it's because I'm not drinking enough water to replenish. Try drinking more water and see if that helps. I can usually feel the difference in a couple of hours.
