I was just wondering what everyone thinks about eating when you're hungry. Wednesday night I over ate. That's all there is too it. This morning I woke up and wasn't hungry, still felt full from the night before. Lunch time came around and I was still not hungry, but I went ahead and had some grapes. This evening I was hungry and I ate a reasonable dinner, but didn't eat all my calories for the day. Trust me when I say that not being hungry is not my normal self! ![ ](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
I've read articles and studies saying that you should only eat when you're hungry. I've also read other articles that say that you need to eat even if you're not hungry to keep your metabolism going strong. Will it really hurt me if I don't eat a meal if I'm just not hungry?
