Hi everyone!
I'm new to MFP. I started doing Medifast last week and lost 10 lbs in one week but I had to stop eating the food because I had a soy intolerance! I was slightly disappointed but I think it's for the best! I know that the best way to lose weight is the "hard" way! I've never been able to maintain a good exercise schedule so I think this will be great for me!
I'm looking for support of any of you out there that have lost this much weight or are trying to lose this amount of weight! Please send me a friend request if your interested in supporting each other on this weight loss journey.

Welcome to MFP! For me this hasn't been the "hard way" to lose. After years of fad diets I am finding simple math to be the easiest weight that I've ever lost! I can eat WHATEVER I want as long as my expended calories are greater than those taken in. Sure some weeks I lose more than others but bottom line is 88 pounds in the past 9 months. So.....as far as I'm concerned, you have come to the right place. Feel free to add me if you'd like. The more friends you share your journal with....the more honest you will be with yourself. It's amazing how our pride increases our will power...lol. Good luck on your journey!0
