75+ pounds to lose

Hi everyone!

I'm new to MFP. I started doing Medifast last week and lost 10 lbs in one week but I had to stop eating the food because I had a soy intolerance! I was slightly disappointed but I think it's for the best! I know that the best way to lose weight is the "hard" way! I've never been able to maintain a good exercise schedule so I think this will be great for me!

I'm looking for support of any of you out there that have lost this much weight or are trying to lose this amount of weight! Please send me a friend request if your interested in supporting each other on this weight loss journey.

    75 lbs lost is my first major goal...and I'm almost there! After that, my Dr and I will set a new goal. Emotionally, I know getting 299 is a big deal for me. So we'll see where his thoughts lie along those lines.

    Everything is hard - or it wouldn't be worth it and we wouldn't appreciate it. Post often, and you'll have lots of support and success.

    Honey, if I lost half of my body weight, I'd still be obese. I've been here for a month. People are very nice and encouraging!
