Headaches! UGH!

I just got back on track with the diet on Monday but have had the worst headaches for the last 3 days. What is going on?? I've checked several BMR calculators and according to them, I am eating enough calories. I am drinking plenty of water and I don't drink caffine and never have so it's not that. So why am I getting these headaches??

    eat more. just listen to your body not the BMR. and taking a multivitamin and eating fruit/veggies(get enough of those) otherwise see a doctor. i get frequent headaches and i just eat to make them go away

    edit: i get headaches IF i'm not eating enough

    How is your carb intake. I've heard that sometimes low carb diets can cause headaches.:ohwell:
  • My carb intake is ok. I think will just try and eat a little more and see if that helps.

    I have the same issue! Ever since I've started healthy eating/exercising, I find myself soo much more prone to headaches :( It's weird.
