NSV Fit into a Size 8 for the first time!

I have never even as a teenager fit into a size 8. Today I hit the mall and tried a skirt on and it was too big. So I went down 2 sizes to an 8 and it fit perfectly. So I had to buy it. Not sure if its a fluke or not. But I have been working my tail off lately!
