I am a tea drinker. I have Chamomile in the cupboard. I don't think it is the best tasteing stuff, but I will sure give more thought to drinking it more often.
My Blood Sugar levels were really the thing that through me over the edge to get my self healthier. I am grossly over weight but the fact that eating some things would put me into what I call a sugar induced coma sleep, causing me to leave work early one day, really woke me up (no pun intended) to the fact that I need to get my body under control.
