Yep, that is me! Creating a deficit should induce weight loss but rarely has that worked for me. I am here just trying to get a handle on healthy eating and exercise. I really like it so far! I find that I don't want to eat garbage if I have to enter it on my food tracker, hope that feeling lasts.
