HI everyone!. Found My Fitness Pal at the app store last week when I was looking for a calorie guide. I love it. Goal is to lose 10 lbs by reducing my sugar intake, which I am finding difficult as everything I pick up has sugar in it. But looking on the bright side I have stayed away from the refined sugar (cookies, ice cream, candy...).

You're off to a great start! I started almost 2 months ago, and I'm loving it, too. You're safe with fruits (natural sugar), veggies, and nuts. It's a lot easier to eat healthy if you don't mind cooking and/or eating raw stuff. I love cookies, but I've noticed they made me fat. I've lost 12, but I think I want to lose another 28. I'll know when I get to the right weight. I want to gain strength and firmness, so I may need to hold on to a few extra pounds. One of my workouts was really hard today, but I'm still having a great time and feeling much more energetic. Two months ago, I couldn't do everything I did today. Keep up the good work!0
