I've been seeing a personal trainer for about a month now. I found it hard to adjust to his eating plan, but I have tried to make it work. I'm eating 6 meals a day, and I'm eating along the lines of the Zone diet. His program is loosely based on it. Anyways, I'm really excited to report that after a month, I'm down 9.5", 6.5lbs of PURE FAT (not just water weight - PURE FAT!!!) and 11lbs overall. I am so pleased with the results. It's been an emotional journey (I've been doing this a loooooong time and now to have someone tell me how to eat is a piss off haha) and although we're still tweaking my goals, I'm so proud of myself so far.

I'm excited to see my progress next month!

    It's making sure you eat the correct balance of fat, protein and carbs.
