    Definitely 80s, I'm intrigued by the prevalence of one piece swim suits in 80s workouts.

    It's JANE FONDA's workout! I so remember that from the '80's. Aerobicise was popular back then.

    Yeah, what Is with the swimsuits?! Three cheers for Jane Fonda and those who identified her, I'm going to hunt high and low until I find it online or in the real world, I'll post when I do :-)

    I've tried aerobics (arguably, very basic), I enjoyed that, I've tried zumba, it hurts my body and my head trying to get it around those moves, too much having to waggle hips I think (which seems to be more optional with aerobics).

    I'm pretty sure the girl in purple is why they started making better sports bras, hehehe. That would be uncomfortable...but the workout did look fun.

    hahaha! this brings back memories of going to aerobics with my friend's mum and playing at the back of the class with my friend. Awesomeness!
    When you find the workout I think you need to get your swimsuit on and really get into the spirit of it 1a1a ;)
