Mini-Challenges

We are doing daily mini-challenges and would like to invite everyone to join in. All you have to do is read what the mini challenge of the day is and complete it by midnight. So far we have done 200 squats and 200 pushups. Today we are doing 100 jack-knives and tomorrow we are doiing 5 x 1 minute bicycle legs and the next day 5 x 1 minute 2 legged leg raises. My friends and I are ejoying it.. my thighs have other ideas!!!
