Women over 240ish who have done 30DS

Hello!
Are you over 240 (or there abouts)? Have you done the 30DS? How did you find the body-weight exercises? Can you do the push ups/walking push ups etc? Or did you do the modifications?

i always modified the regular push ups but was able to do the walking pushups no problem.0

me i did it!! YAY! lol
i was about 260 give or take!
all i modifiyed was the push ups done them on my knees!

I had to modify the push-ups and the jumping jacks- the jumping jacks because 1) I have been recovering from a knee injury 2) I am not very coordinated and have a difficult time managing to get my feet to leap out side ways off the ground simultaneoulsy and 3) because even the enell sports bra is not strong enough to prevent the girls from trying to knock me out doing jumping jacks
note on knee injury was caused, in part, by my overdoing things and not babying my chronically injured ankle thus walking funy and hurting my knee- moral of the story take care of your injuries)
weird thing is: I had no problems doing jumps (besides jumping jacks) in level 30 -
I'm on level 3 at the moment and I'm doing half of the moves that require me to support all my body weight, and modifying the other half. I just can NOT do the ab hold move from L3 Circuit 1. It feels like I'm holding most of my weight with one arms when I try and push up, and as much as I want to, 256 pounds, plus gravity, less whatever I'm holding with my feet, does not equal a happy shoulder.0

I am modifying the push up, I really stuggle with the cycle crunches and bum lifts on D5 L1.0
