Sickness!

Wondering if anyone else has suffered with this. I used to be a real eat out few nights a week girl, which meant lots of very rich food in good restaurants, as well as take aways and rich food and booze at home.

After 3 months of cutting this right down this week it's been my Birthday so been out a couple of times and ended up being physically sick and just not being able to keep this kind of food down.

This has happened a few times now during my health kick and the obvious is to avoid these foods, but I'm worried cutting out things like butter, white bread, cheese, alcohol etc has left me intolerant and I hope it's not an allergy.

    Have you got over it?
  • thats not a bad thing... all those foods you mentioned aren't foods you should be eating anyways. congrats on cutting back, obviously i dont wish you to be sick, but its probably a good thing theyve been eliminated from your diet.

I had a similar problem! For me it seemed like everything was extra salty and a couple of times I had a stomachache. I took it as a sign (good sign) that whatever it was I had, I should back off! There are a ton of other choices, it is just part of the journey to figure out which choices are right!
