5 weeks in I think i'd better say hello!

Hi everyone. I have been using myfitnesspal for about 5 weeks now and have found it sooo helpful.

So far I have lost 10lb and i'm really thrilled. I try dieting on and off but never last that long because of lack of willpower. The difference this time is the android app - i can easily record what I eat and when I excercise straight away so i can't 'accidentally forget' about things! I'm being honest with myself, even when I go over by several hundred calories, I can reflect on where i've gone wrong so i don't screw up the same way again.

I really want to get down to a comfortable size 14 before next summer as my husband and I are planning to try for a baby and I want to have a healthy pregnancy.

It would be good to meet other women who are also trying to lose weight for the same reason.
