Hi.
I have just bought a HRM and I need a bit of advice on how to use it.
The instructions are pretty clear but it mentions things that I have no idea about.
It has a section for high zones and low zones and also VO2.
I have no idea what these mean so I was wondering if you guys do.

High zone I would assume is max heart rate and low zone would be where you don't want your heart rate to drop below.
Vo2Max is basically a number that says how fit you are. There should be a test on the HRM that allows you to figure that out.. if not, then google it and it will give you tests to do that will help figure it out.0 -
