Just wanted to say hello :smile: have been on here about a week just lurking/reading.
I gave up smoking back in June and put a few kgs on.. almost makes me want to take smoking back up.. but not quite! i have never had trouble losing weight before when i put in this much effort.. this is weird and depressing for me. I am determined to get down to 51kg by mid November.
I'm doing cardio ( every night ) and strength training ( every few days ) but I put on .6kg in a week :sad:
Any suggestions would be great!
