Calling all 16/8 IF/Lean Gains followers

So today I forgot my branch chain amino acids! UGH. I would normally take 2 doses of BCAAS to prevent muscle breakdown pre workout meal(post workout aminos). So I break my fast at 12 noon. But today I only had my BCAA drink at 7 and will miss the 9:-9:30 1. I do hve a 200 calorie shake available for me at that time.

So the question is

Do I break fast and feed the body what it needs???
or
Do I just skip the the shake and know that its not that huge of a deal????

It will add in 200 calories today that I didn't account for and will take away from my dinner
