My treadmill stopped running last month, so I'm onto plan B - stationary bike. (I am not a fan). I have an Airdyne and am wondering what level others are riding. I have been doing ten miles per day and would like to know about how long this should take me. If you post on this topic, could you include your fitness level? Thanks

I am an outdoor cyclist and my goal for a ride is a 13 mph average (this includes hills etc). When I ride the stat. bike I aim for 15 mph. I am an exercise fanatic and while I need to lose about 20 more pounds I am in pretty good shape. Hope that helps.0
