  • IMO- it is just your body getting used to the difference. Unless it is like a really sharp pain( then go see a dr) if it is just gassy or upset it could be the new foods and less crappy foods. give it a little time and DRINK LOTS OF WATER :)
Hard to say without knowing what you are eating but if you went from like no veggies to lots of veggies it could be the change in fiber.

It should do better in a few-
  • just a dull pain really.. i have also been exercising when before i had little to no exercise.

oh, i went from stuff like really buttery mash and steak and little bit of veg to boiled potatoes, lean meat and lots of veg lol

but i would indulge on fast food, pies, chocolate, fizzy drinks etc. between meals. and i didn't have a proper breakfast now i don't have any fast food, i've had like 2 fizzy drinks and the others have been diet coke but ive had a lot of water
  • I've been feeling the same, think it's just our bodies adjusting to changing our diets.

Could be a food sensitivity. Try introducing a few new foods at a time.

    How is your fat intake?
  • i think i'll see how i go, if it doesn't stop, then i'll seek some professional advice
  • How is your fat intake?

    always under my limit
  • Sounds like your body is adjusting to the new diet and more fiber in veggies.

Drink more water - at least 8 cups - and see if you feel better in a couple of weeks, hopefully sooner.

:) thanks, looks like that's what it might be due to all of the responses
