As you have lost weight have your periods got less frequent?

More regular (damnit)! I was facing what I thought was perimenopause because I was only about every 6-8 months for the last 18 months or so before I started being more careful about my eating habits.0

Hmm. My cycle was always 28 days, then after having children moved to 36 days. Since losing weight (I am now about 125, and about 20% BF) they are between 30 and 36 days. Last time I lost weight, I stopped getting them altogether when I got below 120lbs, so am wondering if I have lost too much. My body definitely doesn't like being thinner!0
