There are a million recipes out there for Fluff...
Pumpkin Fluff
1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin
1 (1 1/2 ounce) box sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip Free or 1 (8 ounce) container fat-free cool whip
pumpkin spice (to taste)

Pineapple Fluff
2 (8 ounce) containers fat-free cool whip
2 (8 ounce) containers plain fat-free yogurt
2 (20 ounce) cans crushed pineapple
2 (3 1/2 ounce) boxes fat-free vanilla pudding (instant)

Peanut Butter Fluff
1/2 cup(s) fat-free skim milk
1/4cup(s) reduced-fat peanut butter
1/2 Tbsp reduced-fat peanut butter
2 serving(s) fat-free sugar-free instant vanilla pudding & pie filling mix

Fruit Fluff Pie
1 small can mandarin oranges in juice, drained
1 large can crushed pineapple in its own juice, undrained
1 small carton Light Cool Whip
6 ounces (1-1/2 individual cartons) Weight Watchers Vanilla Yogurt
1 small box fat-free sugar-free Instant Vanilla Pudding
(original recipe called for White Chocolate, but Vanilla is better)
Mix all. Can eat plain or pour into a large graham cracker crust.
2 cup(s) Cool Whip Whipped Topping Free cool whip
