I work at a hospital and often times my patients are chronic and come in a lot throught out the year. Well, the other day I had a patient that I hadn't seen since July come back in for some treatment and as soon as I walked in my patient and the patients mom both sqeauled with delight "Oh my goodness!!! How much weight have you lost!! You look fantastic!!"

Best. Feeling. Ever.

I didn't even think it was that noticeable honestly. I've lost 19 lbs now, but I really didn't think people could really tell since I still have a quite bit to go. It really made my day, heck it's made my week and is really keeping me motivated.

I love that feeling. It begins to become a drug and makes you want to hear that over and over. but thats a good thing.
