    Log on every day. Enter foods before you eat them to see if they fit into your day. If not make another choice. Look online for healthy recipes and ideas. Stay clear of sugar drinks, processed and fast foods. Drink a lot of water and watch sodium. Welcome and good luck.:flowerforyou:
