I have seen the infomercial on this- and have read up on amazon (through the customer reviews) about how great the program is, but I'm a bit hesitant to invest yet another chunk of money on this exercise program. I've already checked my local library and no one has donated it for it to be borrowed for free.
So my question is, does anyone have it? Do you use it frequently? Do you like it more than other similar ballet/barre method workout systems (i.e. The Bar Method, Pure Barre, Xtend Barre, etc.)
As far as the ballet barre- I have the Fluidity system and like it- but want some other dvds to throw in the rotation. I have heard of the others I mentioned above, but don't know if I should make the financial plunge on this one.

Bump and whatnot...
I gave my Fluidity workouts a last try and ultimately ended up selling the dvds, and kept the Fluidity Bar. I like the Fluidity Bar, it's very steady and I can use it with my other dance and workout dvds that need a barre with it. I just got so tired of the dvds that came with it.
As an update- i did go ahead and order Physique 57. I got a really great deal on it, and it was just delivered today. I watched the first workout (volume 1- 57 minute workout) and OMG I'm so glad I bought the system. It looks like it was what I was wanting from Fluidity and Pure Barre... but so much more. I'm super excited and will try to set up my own 3 month program:
Monday: Vol1 57- min
Tuesday: Arm/Ab Booster & Vol1 30 min express
Wednesday- Vol1 57- min
Thursday: Thigh/set Booster & Vol1 30 min express
Friday: Vol1 57-min
Saturday: Arm/Ab Booster & Vol1 30 min express
Sunday: yoga (rest)
For my cardio- if I find i need it, I'll probably do some bellydance instruction dvds... I'm guessing I'll probably do them sometime after I do the Physique 57 dvd.
If anyone has this program and has suggestions or hints, I'd love to hear it.0 -
I just bought the DVDs and should be getting them today. How did your system workout for you? I'm starting a 60 day push today and wonder how the DVDs are.0
