Hello everyone:bigsmile: I am new to myfitness pal. I am 37 and have lost 50 pounds over the past 12 months. I started working out in June of 2010, weighing in at 240 pounds and wearing a size 22 in plus sizes. I am currently at 187 pounds, wearing a size 16 pants, 12/14 dress, and large tops.
My goal is to reach 160 pounds. I have no time frame, as it took me 12 months to lose my first 50 pounds. I have been at 190 pounds for about 3 months now, however, yesterday weighed myself and I was 187. I'm hoping I'm getting over my plateau and will begin losing weight again.

Sometimes at a plateau it helps to Up your calories That always works for me anyway. Good luck!0
