i havent weighed in yet, but will be in a few hours, i have no scale at my mans.
its already week three guys, only seventeen weeks left! :noway:
its time to kick it into high gear!

    Alright!! I have not done any measurements. I plan on doing these Sunday, which will be day 30 of P90X.

    OK, so I know I am going to take some heat for this but here goes nothing!

    SW: 216
    GW:195
    LWW (last weeks weight) 218
    CW:..........211.5......... Yes, I dropped 6.5lbs this week. I have not had any beer since Saturday. This was the major contributor to my weight gain.
    Calories burned this week:1500. It is recovery week so not as intense.
    I have worked out every day. My nutrition rocks daily, except when I am drinking beer. Please feel free to add me and check out my diary.

    I was excited and nervous about this check in. Was under the weather earlier this week and allegies are still acting up but with all that said I still excelled. EXTREMELY excited!!! For weeks now no change and now progress.

    UGW: 135 - maybe! I'll see how I feel at 145, since that was my original goal when starting MFP.

    Weight lost since last week: Lost 1.2 lbs. Was hoping for more, but I’ve done lots of strength training this week so hopefully I’m just building lost of muscle!
