Hi, everyone! I have been unhappy with my regression in the fitness department, and I saw this site suggested on a friend's fb page, so I joined! I am a classic yo-yo-er, I guess, which is not what I want to be. I lost over 50 lbs. a couple of years ago and thought I would NEVER gain it back. Ha. The best laid plans... BUT, anyway. I am ready to try again. I want to feel better and have a better quality of life, and I KNOW the example I am setting for my child is not a good one. I MUST embrace it as a lifestyle change during which I can have the occasional treats, or I will not make it a habit. Any encouragment and advice are appreciated. It helps to know there are others out there who understand. Happy day to you all! :flowerforyou:

I love this site and I am sure you will too. I don't feel like I am dieting, just making different food choices but still losing weight. Good Luck0
