I drink coffee and tea for energy. No need to spend a lot of money on diet pills.0

I just tried Oxyelite pro with very little results. Bad part was the energy crash for two days when I stopped.0

I've got a better idea...
Please send me your cash for diet pills and I'll do the same thing for you as they do... nothing. Waste of money. Weight loss is as simple as calories in v calories out.0 -

<--- This. Diet pills are bad bad news.
My friend is a jockey. He took one to lose weight for a horse race a while back. It was supposed to be all natural. He didn't sleep for two days and when he stopped taking it he was walking around like a zombie because he was so tired.0 -
I liked the suggestion earlier to diet and exercise and pop a tic-tac...it'll be just as helpful without all the nasty side effects0

LMAO!!! I am right there with you! Deep breath and GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!::puts on a helmet & grabs the popcorn::0

I've tried Lipo 6 Black for Her and Oxyelite Pro. Oxy gave me more energy than the Lipo... but Lipo suppresed my appetite more. I only took them for about 1 month each and really didn't notice any 'additional' weight loss compared to what I lose on my own with diet and exercise. Everyone's experience and body reactions will be different though. I was prescribed Phentermine and have been taking that for almost a month. It is by far the best, but of course it's not OTC. It's worth asking your dr about if you think you would qualify for it. I have an obese BMI so that part wasn't an issue.0

This is my response as well. The companies that make these do not care about your health, they just want your money. There are no short cuts. Healthy eating within your calorie limits and exercise is the only way to do this and keep it off. You cannot consume these pills for life, you need to teach yourself how to eat and live in a healthier way.0 -
dont RELY on diet pills, if you need something, try Slimquick, you know, the 6 main causes of weight loss problems crap. lol use it to maybe help curb your appetite for alittle while, but DIET and EXERCISE is the ONLY way to go! beeleive me i tried everything under the sun!0

As much as I hate to admit, I am taking Lipo-6 Black Ultra Concentrate mostly just for energy since I am a night shift worker. It is an amazing product but very strong. I would suggest only taking one capsule a day. Not being very familiar with fat burners, I read the directions on the bottle and took a 2nd dose as directed. BIG MISTAKE!!! I was violently sick! I would also suggest taking fat burners with food to combat nausea. Hope I could help.

NO! that is all0

My ex spent thousands of dollars on pills. She got fatter each year. If they REALLY worked, there would be no need for sites like this. She would have done better if she would have stopped spending all the additional money on high calorie foods and alcohol.0

But that's not something you can take every day for the rest of the your life either.0 -

I am on a Doctor regulated diet program called Phenpro. Its a mix of Phentermine and Prozac and it works. I started taking it on September 17th and I have lost 15.7 pounds thus far. It gives you energy while curbing your appitite. I eat less than my five year old now. If I push it I eat around 1200 calories, but most of the time I average around 1000. You have to exercise thought. Cutting calories alone will not do it. I walk everyday for a minimum of thrity minutes but most often I walk a lot longer. Its not something you can take forever. You have to learn how to lead a healthy lifestyle while on it. It is a prescription, though not super exspensive. I have heard that Alli works too. That maybe suitable for long periods of time.
Hope it helps.:flowerforyou:0 -
Back when I was looking for The Quick Fix, I took some green tea fat burner pills. All they did was make my heart feel like it was going to beat out of my chest. Having that "energy boost" did not inspire me to actually get up and exercise, nor did it correct the bad habits I had with food. Eventually, I decided to stop wasting money, buckle down and do it the slowly-but-surely way. Plus, this is a lifestyle change for me, and I don't want to rely on diet pills for the rest of my life. It's all on me.
To each their own. Good luck to you, and be safe.0 -
I use green tea extract from WOW Foods. It may be mental but I think it helps me lose weight.

No. Honestly I came here not only to lose weight, but to become strong and healthy. I honestly don't think that can be achieved with pills, even coupled with a healthy diet. I have never spoke with anyone that had what I call a "diet pill" mentality, make the real, lasting changes needed for a lifelong healthy weightloss. "Diet Pill" mentality being "Yeah, yeah, I'll eat right & exercise, but if I pop this pill I'll lose weight FASTER!". Not saying this applies to OP, just my observation. Fact, if you have a lotof weight to lose, it going to take a while. Pills may give you short term energy, but what about longterm? Proper diet & exercise are the best sources of energy.

I have been taking both subitramine and rimonabant. now you can't take these at the same time!!
I go in shifts. 4 weeks on subitramine and only 3 on rimonabant. The last week is my recover week, or as I call it my cheat week.0 -
BEST ADVICE, DO IT THE HEALTHY WAY, PILLS MIGHT HELP FOR SHORT TERM BUT AS SOON AS YOU R OFF OF THEM , YOU WILL MOST LIKELY SEE THE SCALE MOVE BACK UP RATHER FAST. WORK ON CHANGING YOUR HABITS!0
