30DS- Is it wise to do it more than once back to back?

Hey everyone-

I am 3 days away from finishing my first round of the 30 day shred.... I am thinking about what to do next- is it wise to do it again from the beginning right after i finish it? or should i find something else to do? I also attend zumba classes 3x a week and i walk on the other nights when i can.... thoughts?! :)

    I'd switch to something else, but like you were telling me, up the weights or something, that would DEFINITELY switch it up. :-)

    I'd do something else. First reason because I'd probably want to "kill Jill" if I had to do another round... Second, don't forget your body gets used to exercise routines!
