Hey y'all,

Just wondering... I've been doing 30 day shred BUT only like 2-3 times per week. On the days I don't do it I do other exercises like Zumba or walking... do you think I'll still reap benefits from 30DS if I spread it out over like 45-60 days???

I am hoping you get some answers. I am wating for my DVD to come and plan on doing the same as you. I don't want to give up my zumba but I am not sure I can handle both workouts in the same day.

i think so, i also don't do it on a daily basis. i can see some results now. i think also because when i am not working to 30 ds i am doing other workouts as well. and sometimes i don't feel like working out so i will just walk. so yeah, i think u will see change.

maybe you can alternate them. I love doing Zumba too, and walking, so I do a day of that, then a day of 30ds. However, sometimes I have crazy bursts of energy so I will do c25k and 30ds on the same day... but not to often. LOL.
