Here is a whole list of gluten-free crock pot recipes. I don't eat g-free, but I've tried quite a few of these recipes with success.

I am also gluten and wheat free.. I like going shopping at Wholefoods, they have everything.
Gluten free Turkey and Gluten free gravy is a good dinner over Wholefood Light white bread and real mash potatoes
Baked Potatoes with Gluten free Chili buy organic beans no preservatives in it.
Gluten Free Spaghetti with homeade meat sauce.
Just try to remember to buy organic can goods.
Hope this helps..It is very hard to eat gluten and wheat free..0 -
I am gluten intolerant :-D
My very own gluten-free, low-cal baked macaroni and cheese:
(Note: My sauce did not thicken at the correct time, as I am too lazy
to whisk for 5 full minutes and it still came
out awesome.)
Hodgson Mill - Brown Rice Pasta Elbows, 1 container (8 oz ea.)
Land O' Lakes - Light Butter With Canola Oil, 2 Tbsp
Friendship - All Natural Farmer Cheese, 7.5 oz.
Sargento - 2% Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 2 cups
Hemp Dream - Original, 2 cup, (16 oz)
Rice flour - brown - 30 g (Two Tbsp)
Spices - Pepper, black,1/4 tsp.
Spices - Pepper, red or cayenne, 1/4 tsp
Spices - Salt, table, 1/2 tsp
1. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Keep warm.
2. Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium-low heat; whisk in
flour until smooth. Cook, whisking constantly, 2 minutes. Gradually
whisk in milk, and cook, whisking constantly, 5 minutes or until
thickened.
3. Lower heat. Stir in salt, black and red pepper, 1 cup
shredded cheese, and farmer's cheese. Then add cooked pasta.
4. Spoon pasta mixture into a lightly greased 2-qt. baking dish; top
with remaining 1 cup cheese.
5. Bake covered with foil at 400° for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly.
Remove foil and bake 5 more minutes for a crispy top. Let stand 10
minutes before serving.
If divided into 8 servings it is 229 calories per serving.0
