the butt

Any advice out there for excersising the butt area lol, that would have to be hardest area for me to lose. Thank you in advance

    No spot reducing but IMO nothing shapes the butt better than squats and lunges, sorry, LOL.

    I believe spot reducing doesn't generally work...but I can tell you that my butt and legs really trimmed down when I started doing sprint intervals.

    Squats and running Ive always been told are the best. But I gotta say, watch some olympics volleyball, and I gotta say, volleyball might do the trick

    Back Squats, Front Squats, Strait Leg Deadlifts, and Deadlifts will give you the *kitten* of a god - or, goddess depending on your gender. ;)

    Thank you for the advice so far, i failed to mention that i have knee problems too, dislocation of kneecaps and ostearthritis so for me running is def. out, doc says no running. But will have to try some of these other suggestions.

    Ditto on squats and lunges - with weights!

    Lots of variations you can try - jump lunges, squats jumping round facing the other direction each time, walking lunges...
