treadmill or videos?

Okay so I kinda just bounce around between workouts , i do different videos on demand all the time then sometimes I'll do the treadmill. The thing is , the minute I stop doing a video and go on the treadmill, the next time I do a video I feel like I'm back at square one and can barely get through it. Same with the treadmill, so do you think I should just do videos or just do the treadmill? Should I do them both inthe same day or will I get better results mixing it up the way I do? I just feel so weak in one area if I spend time on the other.

Variety is the spice of life! It's all about balance. Videos are generally good because they work more on strength training whereas a treadmill is good for cardiovascular training. Both are useful in weightloss and overall health. Try to incorporate both on a frequent basis - perhaps two days of videos a week and two days on the treadmill, or more if you're up for it!0
